The best thing we did in Sri Lanka was rent a tuk tuk which gave us freedom to explore the country. 🇱🇰 🛺

The first month in Sri Lanka we relied on buses, trains, and taxis which took away the flexibility of having our own vehicle and to really be able to get off the beaten track.

We rented our tuk tuk from @tuktukrental who don’t own any of the tuktuks but rent them from their network of over 60 local tuktuk owners. This enables them to transition out of full-time tuktuk driving and into higher skilled careers. So when you rent a tuktuk you’re helping a local Sri Lankan family attain a better life.
